Shipping / Lost items

Orders will have a tracking number and all item/s will be shipped at buyer's risk. Please make sure your address is up to date and correct, if packages get sent to the wrong address, I will not be held responsible. You must email me within 72 hours for any address changes. If an item gets returned to the company by the postal service for an incorrect address that the customer provided or lack of signature, there will be additional shipping fees. Dezireescustoms is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim before contacting us.
